Who you'd be working with

The person you talk to is the person who builds it.

I'm Jacob Martinez. I spent years in finance, sales and project work. In each job, the real task was the same: find out what the person in front of me truly needed. It is rarely the thing they ask for first.

So I look at a business by how it makes money, not by how its website looks. Those are two different questions. Most people who build sites or run ads only ask the second one. I have run and tracked more than $100,000 in ad spend. The same lesson keeps showing up: most ad accounts quietly lose money. The audience is too wide. The message could be for anyone. And the budget gets judged by clicks, not booked jobs. Fix the ads and the right people start to show up. Then every gap after the click shows itself: the page that does not ask, the phone that does not answer, the follow-up that never comes. I close those too. The whole path, with numbers at every step.

Most agencies are a brand name in front and the cheapest worker behind. You meet the founder in the pitch and never see them again. When the whole business is one person, that swap cannot happen. I ask what is under the request. I tell you plainly when the thing you asked for will not help. Sometimes that costs me the job. It has never cost me a reference.

Working with me

How it actually goes.

Fixed prices, written plans

No hourly billing. You know the number and the date before anything is built.

Nothing automated goes out blind

Anything that talks to a customer, you hear behaving on real examples first. Call (213) 727-7238 and talk to my own front desk.

Numbers, monthly, in plain words

What came in, what it cost, what to change next. The only reason to keep going is that the numbers say so.
