These terms cover donahueworks.com and the Donahue Works text-message program, run by Donahue Works LLC of Denver, Colorado ("Donahue Works", "we"). Work for clients is covered by the written agreement each client signs.

1. Donahue Works text messages

Program name. Donahue Works text messages.

What you'll receive. If you agree to texts when you contact us (on a form on this site, or on one of our Facebook or Instagram lead forms), we text you about your inquiry: confirming your details, scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-up from our team.

How often. Up to 5 messages per inquiry.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from Donahue Works.

To stop: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed and won't receive further texts from this program. Reply START to resubscribe.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
