Founding clients · 3 spots

The complete system for $6,999. Three spots.

Donahue Works is new. The Work page needs real numbers on it. So the first three businesses that fit get the complete system, built and managed for three months, at the $6,999 founding rate. After those three, the price goes up. In return, you let me track the results and tell the story when the numbers are in.

What you get

The same system every future client gets, at the founding rate.

Nothing is left out. Ads, landing page, AI intake agent, CRM and follow-up, plus three months of management. Built and tracked the same way every future client will get it.

  • Build a consistent flow of qualified leads
  • Turn more prospects into booked appointments
  • Never let leads slip through the cracks
  • Automate your sales and client intake
  • Reclaim hours of your workweek

Your investment$6,999

Fixed price, in writing. It includes 3 months of management. I build and run your ads, your campaigns and the rest of the system. You set the ad budget. You pay it to Google and Meta in your own accounts. That is separate from this price. $6,999 is the founding rate for the first three clients. After that, the price goes up.

"Typical price" means what agencies charged in 2026 for each piece on its own. These are market prices, not a past Donahue Works price.

How the rate works

$6,999, fixed in writing.

After a thirty-minute call I write up the build for your business: what goes into each part, the launch date, and what the three months of management cover. The $6,999 founding rate doesn't move once it's agreed. You set the ad budget and pay it directly to Google and Meta; I manage the campaigns. No hourly billing, no surprises, and if the honest answer is that you don't need a build yet, you'll hear that instead.

What I ask in return

Measure it
Tracking stays on from day one so we both know what the system did. You own the data.
Share the result
A short case study on this site once there are 60–90 days of numbers: what was broken, what changed, what it did. You approve it before it goes up, and it can leave out anything you'd rather keep private.
A review
An honest Google review when the numbers are in. Good, bad or mixed.
Feedback
Tell me what's clunky while we work. The next clients get a better process because of it.

Who it's for

A good fit looks like this.

Local and owner-run

Denver or the Front Range, one to twenty people, and the owner makes the call.

Already getting some leads

Ads, Google, referrals or walk-ins: there's demand, it's just leaking. That's what makes the before-and-after measurable.

Ready in the next 90 days

Founding spots are for projects that start soon, so the numbers come in while it matters.

Not a fit

Anything involving financial products, investments, insurance or lending. Those are outside what I take on.

Apply

Tell me about the business.

Two minutes. I'll reply within one business day, either with a time to talk or an honest reason it isn't the right fit yet.

Questions

Before you apply.

Is it cheaper?
Yes. $6,999 is the founding rate for the first three clients. After those spots are filled, the price goes up.
Is it a lesser version?
No. Same parts, same person, same measurement. The only difference is the rate and the case study.
What if it doesn't work?
Then the case study says so, and I keep working the problem. A founding client with bad numbers is the one I most need to fix.
What happens after?
The founding rate covers the build and three months of management. What happens after month three is agreed in writing before you start, and you're under no obligation to continue.
Can I keep it private?
You approve the case study before anything is published, and it can leave out revenue figures or your name if you'd rather.
