The three texts that keep a lead from walking.

A lead who gets a reply in the first minute knows you saw them. One who waits until tonight has usually called someone else. These three messages do the waiting for you. Fill in your details and the generator writes them in your voice.

01Message one: the missed-call text-back

Sent the moment a call rings out. It does one job: tell the caller a real person saw the call and will be right back, and give them a way to answer without calling again. Keep it under 160 characters so it arrives as one text, and sign it with a name, not a business.

02Message two: the instant form reply

Sent when a web form or ad form comes in. Repeat back what they asked for so they know it landed, say when they'll hear from you, and offer the booking link for the ones who'd rather pick a time now. No sales language. The job is to confirm, not to pitch.

03Message three: the two-day follow-up

For the leads who went quiet. One short, polite message, two days later, with a specific next step. If they still don't reply, stop. A second nudge wins a few; a third costs you goodwill with everyone else.

04The rules that keep you out of trouble

  • Only text people who gave you their number by contacting you. Never buy a list.
  • Every automated text should be about the thing they contacted you for.
  • Stop the moment they reply, book, or say stop. Honor "STOP" every time.
  • Sign with a real first name. People reply to people.

05Setting it up

Most business phone services can send the missed-call text themselves. Form replies and follow-ups run from your form tool or an automation platform like Make. The automation guide shows the flow; the automations service is the done-for-you version.
